Web8 dec. 2024 · I've noticed that after eating breakfast (1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats cooked with water, unsweetened almond milk, berries, cinnamon, nuts NO SUGAR OR HONEY) and 1/2 cup egg whites, my heart rate increases rapidly and I feel shaky as if I've just eating a load of sugar.
