He and his friend got out of his car at a stoplight and started banging and spitting on my window. I just flipped them off and drove off since the light turned green. This will mean if they try to communicate with you, you will not 'hear' them/see their text, etc. They will appear as gray to your viewer. If you ever initiate chat with them, they will be unmuted. Only if they are actively harassing you can you file an abuse report.
